The aluminium oxide, diamond blade dressing stone is a simple and effective way to bring dulled diamond blades back to life.

When a diamond blade is used on a material that is too hard for the blades bond system, the segment will not wear and expose fresh diamonds as it is designed to. When this happens, the exposed diamonds on the cutting edge become dull and lose their sharp cutting edge, at this point the blade will stop cutting effectively.

By Simply cutting through the dressing stone 3 or 4 times, this can be enough to expose the fresh layer of cutting diamonds and revitalise the blade.
